At The Surgeon's Garden, our products are fresh, perishable microgreens, grown and harvested specifically for each order. To maintain quality and safety, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.

Order Process

01Customers place an order through our website
02Order details are communicated via WhatsApp
03Customers interact directly with our sales representatives
04Payment is completed via UPI
05Order is confirmed only after successful payment

Cancellation Policy

Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests after payment will not be accepted.

This policy exists because:

Products are freshly harvested
Orders are prepared specifically for each customer
Microgreens are perishable and time-sensitive

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once payment is made, except in the following situations:

Order cancelled by The Surgeon's Garden due to non-availability of product
Operational or supply issues on our end
Payment deducted but order not processed due to technical error

In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original UPI payment method and completed within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after payment
Delay in delivery caused by incorrect address or unavailability of customer
Taste preference or subjective dissatisfaction
Improper storage or handling after delivery

Quality Assurance

We Ensure

Products are harvested fresh
Quality is checked before dispatch
Orders are packed hygienically

Customers Should

Inspect products at the time of delivery
Report any genuine quality concerns immediately via WhatsApp
